Overview

The norda™ 005 is the lightest, fastest, and most stable super shoe ever designed for trail runners. Built specifically for race day, it introduces a new standard in trail performance by moving beyond road-running conventions. Instead, it delivers a highly responsive and exceptionally stable ride with supercritical foam engineered to meet the unique demands of racing off-road. Every detail of the 005 is crafted to give runners the ultimate advantage when speed and precision matter most.

Upper – Woven with bio-circular Dyneema® for maximum performance, abrasion resistance, and a lightweight footprint.

Laces – 4mm Dyneema® laces offer higher abrasion resistance, reduced stretch, and 4× the strength of standard laces.

005 Fit-Lock System – Proprietary race-day fit system with heel pods for lockdown and debris reduction. Perforated microsuede tongue allows heat escape, and interior foot binding engaged via the laces ensures unwavering stability.

Insole – Includes a molded Arnitel® TPEE insole for training and a die-cut race-day insole to reduce weight.

Midsole – Pure Arnitel® TPEE midsole provides exceptional responsiveness, durability, and lightweight cushioning engineered for multiple race days.

Tongue – Smooth perforated microsuede molds to the foot while venting heat.

Heel Collar – Enhanced pods for a secure fit and debris prevention.

Soleplate – Full-length norda™ one-piece soleplate with Vibram® Megagrip Elite rubber. Offers race-day traction, optimized lug heights, and smooth transitions between technical trails and fire roads.
