In Antarctica – Domain One, Gauchos del Mar brothers Joaquín and Julián Azulay take their adventure-driven surf exploration to the most hostile and fragile continent on Earth. Far beyond chasing waves, the expedition focuses on protecting Domain One, a region proposed for Marine Protected Area status and increasingly threatened by climate change and industrial fishing.

Narrated by Kelly Slater, the film blends raw adventure with a clear environmental message. Antarctica belongs to all of us, and protecting it has never been more urgent.

Foam Dust drifts through the past of FCD Surfboards. Fragments, half memories, unfinished stories. Names get lost, timelines don’t quite line up. At some point, a dog becomes the general manager. In between, something takes shape. A workshop in Ventura. Boards built to handle more. To break less. To stay around longer than they’re supposed to.

Fletcher Chouinard and a small circle keep adjusting, testing, rethinking. Materials, constructions, ideas. Always with the same underlying question: how do you make a board that holds up, without leaving more behind than necessary?

The film doesn’t try to explain everything. It just follows the path. Messy, inconsistent, but persistent.
