Drop, in the words of Luis, "looks like a rosé, but then with more color'. We were able to get our hands on 6 bottles.

| Vinification | Drop is a blend of mainly white grapes and a small percentage of reds. The juice fermented spontaneously after 3 weeks of maceration with the skins. |
