| Vinification | The grapes for Tube come from 1 vineyard with 15-year-old vines on clay and limestone soils. The grapes were harvested on 29 August 2020 and selected in the vineyard in 12-kg boxes. After light bruising, the non-destemmed bunches underwent a 9-day maceration. Pressing in a vertical press after which the juice was transferred to 500-litre barrels. |
