Founded in 2011 in Porto by José Miguel de Abreu and André Bastos Teixeira, La Paz is rooted in Portuguese heritage and craftsmanship. Their collections reinterpret timeless staples, shaped by the Atlantic mood and made entirely in Portugal. From the beginning, La Paz has been part of Haven Surf — José and André became friends we travel and surf with, and we’ve admired their vision ever since. A signature of the brand is their long-time model: a white-bearded Porto fisherman whose style and character embody the spirit of La Paz.
