Humus - Tinto Especial (blend 2013, 2024, 2015)

Part of our Surf, Wine & Dine series—a set of events where we bring together surfers who make wine. The first edition focused on Portugal.

‘Especial’—to say the least.

This Humus is a blend of the 2013, 2014, and 2015 harvests.

At the time, Rodrigo decided to bottle part of each vintage and… keep part of it back. The reserve stayed in stainless steel tanks.

Finally, in 2023 (!), he blended the three years and bottled the result.

Drinking outside the box, 200%.
