While exploring foreign places, Dutch photographer Riemkje Poortinga, got inspired whenever she stumbled on photogenic locations. The remarkable thing happend that she could clearly picture a complete fashion campaign into details before she even had a camera. With the idea to do something with that vision she changed her course in life and gained experience in branding, styling, photography and production. She became a fashion photographer influenced by the board-sports lifestyle that she got into at the same time. Her work is about simplicity in the ultimate sophistication. To express herself as an artist she takes on creative photography adventures to capture photos that visualize the dream life that she envisions.
